Clinical History

45-year-old male. Sudden onset severe headache ("worst headache of life"), neck stiffness, photophobia. GCS 14/15.

Imaging Findings

Hyperintense signal in basal cisterns and sulci on FLAIR. No parenchymal haemorrhage. Mild hydrocephalus.
